Easy-Peasy Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have?

You’ve got 30 calendar days from the day your tracking page says “Delivered” to decide whether the lamp is a keeper or needs to come back to us.


A quick checklist before you click “Start a return”

✔ Good to go ✖ Sorry, not eligible
Lamp is unmodified Custom-engraved or fully personalized pieces
Packed in the box (cord, info card) safely Lamps that were painted, rewired, or otherwise altered
Order number or the email you used to buy Clearance / “final sale” items (clearly marked)

Heads-up: Because every lamp is printed layer-by-layer, tiny surface swirls or color flecks show off the 3D-printing magic.


Start your return in two taps

  1. Open your order

    • Click the “View your order” link in your confirmation email or open the Shop app → Orders → this lamp.

  2. Hit “Start a return”

    • Choose Return or Exchange, tell us what’s up, and tap Submit.

    • You’ll get an instant RMA number plus a prepaid label if the issue is on us (wrong or damaged item).

Who pays for shipping?

Situation Return label cost
It arrived damaged / we packed the wrong model On us. Your return label is prepaid.
Changed your mind / ordered the wrong color On you. The portal will generate a label at our discounted carrier rate, or use your own trackable service—your choice.

Outbound shipping you originally paid (if any) is non-refundable unless we messed up.


What happens next?

  1. Pack it safely – Use the original foam cradle so the lamp doesn’t bump around.

  2. Drop it off – Hand the box to the carrier within 14 days of getting the label.

  3. We’ll inspect within 3 business days of arrival.

  4. Refund or replacement ships

    • Refunds land back on your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

    • Exchanges head out the door within 3 business days, and yes—tracking will ping your inbox (and the Shop app) automatically.


After 30 days?

You’re outside the return window, but our 90-day limited warranty still has your back for bona-fide manufacturing faults. Pop us an email and we’ll sort repair or replacement per the warranty terms.
